HOW TO QUIT CIGARETTE SMOKING
  • On cigarette smoking write a note to remind yourself of the reasons for quitting it & read it daily.



  • There must be an unwavering resolve to quit.



  • On some especially good day make a firm resolve to quit.



  • Of one's own desire, make a promise to quit in the presence of Gurudev or a saint.



  • Make the decision to quit in collaboration with a friend.
