Q: What was the impression about Mahaprabhuji on the King of Orchha?

A: Orchha's King, Ramchandra, offered the title of 'Guru' to Mahaprabhuji and performed his 'Kanakabhishek' (ablution i.e. holy bath (offerings) with gold coins) which was to be gifted in the end of the holy bath to the one who is so honoured.

Q: Where did Mahaprabhuji go after that?

A: He started for pilgrimage of South East. During this journey, he went to Jagannath-puri and Vaidya-nath. When he reached Jhar-khand, he had an inspiration to visit Braj, the land of Shree Krishna.

Q: Did he then come to Braj?

A: Yes! In Samvat 1550, for the first time he came to Braj, in the end of autumn season. Here he observed 'Chatur-masya'. (a continued holy living of four months).

Q: At first, where did he go in Braj?

A: First he went to the Shrine of Shri Krishna's birth at Gokul.

Q: What next?

A: He recited 'Shrimad-bhagwat' in Gokul on Govind Ghat.

Q: Did Maha-prabhu-ji go to Mathura?

A: Yes, he did. At that time there was Sikandar Lodhi's reign.

Q: Who was Sikandar Lodhi?

A: A Muslim King of Delhi. He used to hate Hindus (Vedic People) and was against Hindu (Vedic) religion.

Q: What did he do against Hindu (Vedic) religion?

A: Hindus were prohibited from bathing in Holy River Yamuna and also he had his appointed pupils to check all Hindu (Vedic) rituals.

Q: Who was reinforcing his administration in Mathura?

A: His assistant Rustom Ali, under the Kazi's order.

Q: Which work did Kazi do against Hindus?

A: They installed a black magic amulet, they hung it on the outskirts of Vishram Ghat, Mathura. If any Hindu happened to go under it, he became bald headed and a beard grew instead.

Q: What did Mahaprabhuji do for that Black Magic Amulet?

A: Mahaprabhuji, himself, went with his followers to the river bank for bathing. It was powerless before his spiritual power. The amulet lost its significance.

Q: Did Mahaprabhuji ever give any amulet to any body?

A: No! but he used one in Jaunpur to show his divinity to evil minded Muslim ruler Sikandar Lodhi. He got the amulet hung accross that area, if any Muslim happened to pass under it, he lost his beard and got a choti on his head, just the reverse of Mathura event.

Q: What was the concern of Mahaprabhuji with Jaunpur?

A: Sikandar Lodhi defeated Sultan of Jaunpur and lived there for sometime. Mahaprabhuji desired to exercise his divine power to the anti Hindu Sultan.

Q: What next? Did he come to Mathura?

A: After Gokul, he went to Mathura and camped at Govind Ghat. Goddess Shri Yamuna-Ji appeared before him and he glorified her by spontaneousy composing and reciting Shri Yamunastakam.
