Q: Had Maha-prabhu-ji performed any Som Yajna?

A: Yes, not only one but also he had performed three 'Som-yajnas' and 'Agni-hotra' also, so long he was in family.

Q: It shows that he was trusting in 'Vedic Traditions'.

A: Till the last he followed the Vedic rules along with his principles.

Q: Why did he name his younger son 'Vitthal-nath'?

A: When the boy was taking birth, a Vaishnava having an idol of Vitthal Nathji in his hands came to him simultaneously. He remembered that the blessings and inspiration with which he stepped into family, was given to him by Shri Vitthalesh-war-ji in Pan-dhar-pur. Therefore, he named his younger son as Vitthal-nath to perpetuate the memory of Holy order.

Q: Which was the last day and date when Maha-prabhu-ji left his house?

A: In 1530 (Samvat 1587, Jeshtha Krishna 10) he accepted 'Sanyasa-Vrat'.

Q: In whose shelter did he leave his sons before taking 'Sanyasa-Vrat'?

A: Maha-prabhu-ji left his sons under the care and shelter of his dearest disciples Damodar das Harsani and Krishna Das Maghan.

A: Maha-prabhu-ji explained that 'Param-brahm:' Shri Krishna took avtaar (Incarnated) in the form of Shri-nath-ji in Braj. Shri-nath-ji was exactly as good as little Shri-krishna. His right hand going upwards symbolizes Shri-Krishna's lifting of the Holy Mountain Shri Giri-raj, because of this in Pushti Sampradaya, He is called either Giri-dhar-ji or Govar-dhan Nath-ji.

Q: Didn't Maha-prabhu-ji give importance to Shri Radha-ji along with Shri-krishna?

A: Yes, by heart, in the granthas 'Purshot-tam Sahas-tranam' and 'Trividh Namawali' Maha-prabhu-ji has described Shri Radha-ji by heart.

A: Yes, he was in close contact with Acharya Shri Vyas-tirth of Madhwa Sampradaya. His relations with Acharya Shri Madhu-sudan Saraswati of Kaiwal-adwait and Keshav Bhatt Kashmiri of Nimbark Sam-pra-daya were sweet, irrespective of their different principles.
