Q: What was the inspiration about?

A: About marriage. Shri Vithaleshwar-ji asked Shri Mahaprabhuji to get married, so that he can be born to him as his Son.

Q: So what did he do?

A: First he went to Vidya Nagar to see his mother.

Q: Did he get married then?

A: No, alongwith mother he came to Kashi.

Q: What then?

A: In 'Samvat 1558', Ashad Shukla, 5th he got married with the divine girl, 'Mahalaxmi', who was the daughter of Madhumangal, Tailang Brahmin, belonging to his own caste, residing in Varanasi.

Q: Did he continue his married life afterwards?

A:No, he kept away from it and passed a few more years as bachelor, for he was to go on travel for his mission, the Holy Work of preaching Devotion to masses.

Q: How and in what way, did he spread Bhakti all over India?

A: He traveled all over India for the redumption of lost souls while on his way he provided liberation to many fallen souls specially Devi-Jeev. Many were born as animals, birds etc., many through Shri Vallabh's grace were born again as human being only to serve Shri Krishna while others directly went to Shri Krishna's divine abode for Nitya-Lila.

Q: What were the other gains apart from liberation of Devi-Jeev's?

A: He convinced the importance of his 'Pushti-Sampra-daya' and introduced its tenets to all Indians. He became the only pre-dominant Vaishnava-Acharya. Moreover as he settled at 'Keshri-ghat' of Vrindaban he wrote the famous expanded, detailed, extended commentary named 'Subho-dini-ji' an explanatory Treatise on 'Shri-Madh-Bhagwat-Maha-Puran'. Madhav Bhatt Kashmiri was his chosen scriber for this important doctrine.

Q: Did he visit other places of Braj?

A: He went to Kam-van. There was a terror of a puck (hobgoblin or bhoot) on Sri-kund. If that puck found any man sleeping near the pond, he used to kill him.

Q: Did Mahaprabhuji not try to remove this terror?

A: One night he himself went there for halting overnight. Next morning he told his follower Damodardas to wring the water of his wet clothes and sprinkle on the place of puck.

Q: Why? What was the effect of it?

A:Because of it the puck got salvation. After sometime he went for next pilgrimage.

Q: Where?

A: In the State of Palayam-kota, there was a king who was suffering from Kaal-Jawar (a curse of destiny) fatal illness, he was literally on death-bed.

Q: Was there no remedy for this disease?

A: The King was told about the remedy of donating a Pure Gold statue of Kaal-Purush to a Brahmin but in-turn the Brahmin who will accept the statue will himself die.

Q: Whom did he give it? Did any body accept it?

A: No Brahmin dared accept it.

Q: What then?

A: The king forced the Raj-Purohit to accept the statue. Raj-purohit seeked Shri Mahaprabhuji's sharan. Shri Vallabh pitiably asked one of his disciple to accompany him, he sprinkled charandoka on his disciple and sent him to royal palace.

Q: What was the action of the Kal Purush?

A: Raising the right hand he showed his finger to Brahmin youth.

Q: What was the reaction of the youth?

A: The youth showed his three fingers. Mahaprabhuji was just behind the youth. He told the Kal Purush these three fingers show that this youth performs Holy Prayers thrice a day (also known as Tri-Sandhya). As soon as the statue listened to it he bowed down his head.

Q: What next about the golden statue of 'Kal Purush'?

A: It was given to the youth by the king. As a result of the charity the king became free from the ailment.

Q: What did the youth do with that statue?

A: Mahaprabhuji instructed to break it, into pieces and distribute them among the Brahmins.

Q:What was the future of the king?

A: After improvement he surrendered himself to Mahaprabhuji.

Q: Later on where did Shri Guru Dev Vallabh go?

A: First he took the glimpse of Tiru-pati-Bala-ji and then he went to see his maternal uncle at Vidya-nagar.

Q: Why?

A: He heard about a philosophic discussions by the great intellectuals there.
