PAANIPAADAM TAT SARVATOKSHISHIROMUKHAM; ||| |
With hands and feet everywhere, with eyes, heads and mouths everywhere, with ears everywhere, He exists in the world, enveloping all. |
Knowledge born of discrimination: |
||||| AHAM VAISHWAANARO
BHOOTWAA PRAANINAAM DEHAMAASHRITAH; ||| |
Having become the fire Vaisvanara, I abide in the body of living beings and, associated with the Prana and Apana, digest the fourfold food. |
Cessation of anger: |

CHAAHAM HRIDI SANNIVISHTO ||| |
And, I am seated in the hearts of all; from Me are memory, knowledge, as well as their absence. I am verily that which has to be known by all the Vedas; I am the author of the Vedanta and the knower of the Vedas am I. |

Fixing thy mind on Me, thou shalt by My Grace over come all obstacles; but if from egoism thou will not hear Me, thou shalt perish. |
